By accessing and using X-PERIENCE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Program Participation
Participation in X-PERIENCE programs is voluntary. You are expected to commit to the program duration, follow the code of conduct, submit work honestly, and communicate professionally with mentors and peers.
4. Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, and compilation of our services are protected under applicable copyrights. Project work you contribute to may be open-sourced under the license of the respective repository.
5. Certificates & LORs
Certificates and Letters of Recommendation are issued at the sole discretion of X-PERIENCE, based on completion criteria, work quality, and attendance. They may be revoked if obtained fraudulently.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, X-PERIENCE, or third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
X-PERIENCE provides its services on an 'as-is' basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
